$90.00 for 9 classes or you can pick and choose the classes you can attend for $10.00 per class. All payments to be made in advance to Christine Miller or at arrival to first class. Checks are preferred. |

If you are interested in improving your muscle strength for higher jumps, your flexibility for spins and spirals, and your overall fitness this class is for you! |
| What should I bring to class? |
Bring your best attidude!
You will also need a bottle of water, clothing that is appropriate for working out, and an exercise mat if you own one. |
| What's in it for you? |
- Improve muscle strength which will improve all aspects of your skating.
- Improve flexibility.
- Improve posture and carriage on the ice.
- Lower your chances of an on-ice injury.
- We will work on dynamic warm-ups which you will be able to use anywhere and can be very helpful for warm ups before competing, or even before getting on the ice to practice.
